I spotted this very new Bentley parked in general parking at the Southpark Mall earlier this week. Pretty sure this is the first new Continental GTC posted in America. Can't believe the Urus happened to be parked there at the same time! It's the same one that I posted a month or so ago.

@jasper1 this looked so imposing in person. When these new Continental GT/Cs were first shown I wasn't a big fan of the looks, but it's grown on me a lot.

@OPspotters thanks man! I have not seen any pics of any other new US-market Continental GTCs on any site, so this must be one of the first deliveries nationwide. Very surprised to see one so soon, especially since it took me ages to catch a 2016 refresh on the streets.

@Horse-Power to be honest I will be glad when this weekend is over, lol. I have an exam due tomorrow, and today have to decide which university I'm transferring to. My car is sitting in the driveway on jackstands due to a clutch failure, and it won't stop raining so it's not very fun to work on right now. Hopefully your weekend is going better than mine! Thanks as always for your comments, they keep me going.

Pretty sure this is the First Edition, hence the flag on the fenders, so I'd adjust that in the description. But cool spot nonetheless. These new body Continentals are so gorgeous. I shot a Jetstream Blue II First Edition coupe way back in October, haven't seen one since but I am dying to see another. Bentley did a great job.

@TYI you did catch the first new GTC on the site, so you've at least caught one! You seem to spot an insane amount of cars around Columbus so I'm sure you'll see one soon.
@Horse-Power I finally got my GTI put back together yesterday, and it feels like an entirely different car. I replaced the damaged stock dual-mass flywheel with a single-mass unit, along with a Stage 1 clutch disk and pressure plate, and it runs so much smoother now that it's almost hard to put into words. The downside is that the clutch is a lot heavier than the stock one, but the company I got the clutch kit from said it should lighten up a bit once I put some miles on it. Great to hear you got to visit with your brother last week, I know how tough it can be to see family that live in other parts of the country.
@Hill Country Automotive I thought it was a First Edition as well, and that's what I posted it as, but it looks like they just changed to the V8 category (due to the dual tailpipes on each side). I played around on the Continental GT configurator and it doesn't seem like there is a First Edition for the V8 models. That sounds like an awesome spec, hope you post some pics of it on here soon!

I have no idea why Autogespot would adjust it because it's 100% a V8 First Edition. Bentley may have removed it from the configurator because the First Editions might be coming to an end(?) but yeah they definitely made First Edition V8 trims.
The W12 was delayed for North America so the only new Continentals stateside currently are regular V8s and First Edition V8s. And the very first were First Editions (of course lol), including the quad-tailpiped V8 one I saw (if flag wasn't enough, the owner opened the interior up for me to take pictures and it stated right there on the doorsill "First Edition" with an additional flag on the dash). But yeah I'd assume the First Edition is coming to an end maybe that's why it's removed from configurator for the V8?
Either way, as I said if it has a flag on the fenders it's for sure a First Edition, otherwise there is nothing or just an optional V8 badge. Autogespot is tripping.

[@Hill Country Automotive] that is good to know. There wasn't a category for the V8 First Edition (it only 'First Edition' without respect to the engine, so I'll see if they'll change it to a V8 First Edition. Hope you post the one you spotted on here sometime, it would be great to see it!
