Now even more powerful The Panamera Turbo is one of the best business limousines available. The car is really sporty and with a Porsche logo you know that it’ll be a great car regarding performance, feeling and quality. Meanwhile there are a lot of versions of the Panamera, from a hybrid to the impressive Turbo and GTS. TechART gives you the option to install a so-called powerkit for every model, from the hybrid to the most powerful versions. This doesn’t affect the looks of the car but does boost the power. Nowadays, chiptuning isn’t only very interesting because of the powerboost, it also decreases the consumption of the car. The GrandGT we take out has the latest introduced powerkit, the TA 070/T1. This consists TechART turbos, an adjusted ECU and TechART sports filters. This way they gain, relatively easy, an extra power of 100 kph and 130 Nm of torque. The total results in 620 hp and 830 Nm of torque. Quite a performance for a business limousine with supercar aspirations. Thanks to the perfect PDK gearbox and the four-wheel drive, the GrandGT needs just 3.7 seconds to sprint to 100 kph. Sprinting to 200 kph takes 12.4 seconds. Driving around with four passengers makes it able to reach a top speed of 320 kph. An Audi RS6 Avant can do this same trick but it doesn’t look as spectacular as the TechART Grand GT.

Optical the best of TechART TechART always introduces two packages of a Porsche model. The Aerodynamic Package I and II. With the first package, TechART shows relatively simple options, wheels, small spoilers and new wheels. The real fireworks is the second package, the one fitted on this GrandGT. This copy is fitted with the beautiful TechART Formula III Forged Wheels in the size of 22 inch. With a white line on the wheels it looks just a bit better than completely black wheels. The highlight of the bodykit is the front and especially the enormous air intakes in the shape of the headlights. With widened fenders and big sideskirts, the side looks more brutal than a standard Panamera. The car is finished with a back with an enormous rear spoiler and big diffuser. The complete bodywork makes the back of the GrandGT very impressive. Inside this GrandGT we see black and orange carbon fiber. An amazing and beautiful combination. The customer has the option to choose his own composition of the interior.

Driving around with up to 600 hp When you take place in the interior you'll look up to the orange carbon fiber and beautiful leather. The refurbished leather steering wheel is fitted with a TechART logo and beautiful white stitching. The eight cylinders can be started with the Panamera shaped key which needs to be placed left of the steering wheel. Thanks to a more sporty exhaust you immediately feel that this isn't just an ordinary Panamera Turbo. The car sounds deeper and makes more noise. When we drive away with at the TechART headquarters we immediately feel that this GrandGT is way wider thanks to the bodykit. Next to that, you need to keep in mind that the car is lowered or else you will easily damage your front bumper. The noselift function is perfect for those who use the car in city centers. Our first location is Böblingen, near Leonberg where we take a few photos on a modern location. While driving through the city center you get a lot of attention. A normal Porsche Panamera doesn't stand out that much but this white GrandGT with brutal black wheels does stand out. The GrandGt gives you the feeling that you're driving something very exclusive.

After a lunch break in Böblingen we continue our ride through the German country roads to test the power of the GrandGT. The GrandGT isn't very hard to drive although you need to keep in mind that your right foot controls 620 hp which makes it possible to sprint to illegal speeds in no-time. It's no problem to drive very peaceful with this car but as soon as you floor the pedal the GrandGt gets crazy. It feels like an unbelievable experience because the Panamera isn't a small and lightweight car. But as soon as the pedal is floored and the V8 releases its power you won't feel any of this. You don't feel how fast you're accelerating until you see a corner coming. Luckily the GrandGT has a great set of brakes to slow this 2000 kilogram weighing car down. A big advantage of the GrandGT are flippers behind the steering wheel to shift gears. The PDK gearbox in the Panamera has annoying buttons on the steering wheel and the flippers by TechART just work better. TechART didn't come up with any big adjustments to the suspension of the car. The Panamera is great in corners but speeding at straights and showing off in the city center are also no problem for this car.

Willful and unique Since the introduction, the Porsche Panamera is tuned by several tuners. TechART with their GrandGT is one of the many tuners who tried to make the Panamera look more tasteful. The impressive exterior and the great performance make this a car for entrepreneurs, football players and other billionaires who love to stand out. The copy we drive was number 076. Taste is something personal and for those who're looking for something unique, the GrandGT is a perfect solution. TechART can offer you everything in the way you like it.
