This has to be one of my best random spots. Out of only 18 built this 1953 Siata 208 CS is a remarkable and unique car due to its one-off lightweight alloy Berlinetta bodywork and its distinguished racing history. This car was commissioned by racer Ernie McAfee for the 1954 Carrera Panamericana. Featuring a 2-liter Fiat V8 engine with twin four-barrel Weber carbs, and a 5-speed gearbox, it stands out as the only coupé on the short-wheelbase spider chassis. Although it didn't compete in the race, it was raced in various events and has a storied past. I was lucky it ran out of gas and I stumbled upon it
