Why would this be a Techart? Only the body is changed, nothing more. And I don't think it's a kit from Techart, but another tuner I guess.

It's definitely a Techart bodykit (check other spots of this type of car), and this car was already spotted in Tallinn (but wrongly assigned as an MkII, which I've reported) ;)

That car has Techart body kit and just custom engine tuning. It has 719 hp and1085 nm.
