Eight and a half years ago I uploaded my first spot to Autogespot. A black Ferrari 599 GTB, since then I actively began spotting and uploading cars and now 8 years later I have arrived at the point that I am uploading my 4000th spot and I am spotting more than ever. Being out spotting so much makes it quite difficult to make a choice for this 4000th upload. I have so much left to upload, but in the end the choice came to this Beautiful 918 Spyder. There is quite the story behind it. Whenever me and a friend go to do some spotting in Dusseldorf we usually make a stop in the city of Duisburg for a few hours to do some highway spotting. Later on in the day we make our way to Dusseldorf. That day we decided to do some more highway spotting when we left Dusseldorf at the end of the day. (and boy where we glad we did instead of going straight home) When we were leaving we saw a 812 Superfast that we recognized from a spot we saw the day before. Spotter Hardstyler managed to catch a group of friends driving this 812, an AMG GT-R Pro and several GTR’S. We only saw the Ferrari so we decided to leave anyway since we weren’t sure where the car was going. Once we arrived in Duisburg we got the tip that the entire group of the earlier spot was parked up in Dusseldorf and in addition to that a 918 Spyder was seen in the area! We didn’t hesitate and jumped back into the car and rushed back to Düsseldorf. Once we arrived we parked up as quickly as we could and rushed to the hotel the cars were supposedly parked at and when we arrived they were all there, the GT-r Pro, the GTR’s, and nonetheless the 918 Spyder! A great way to end the day and these are the spots that make all the effort worth it. Thanks to everyone who has been viewing and commenting on my spots. So much more cool spots to come and some cool travel plans are in the making if Covid 19 will let us. Lets rush toward 5000 spots!

Afsluiten met het toppunt van de dag. Fucking episch! Mooie manier om deze mijlpaal te 'vieren'. Kan niet wachten om zelf een 918 van mijn lijstje af te kunnen vinken.
Op de naar de volgende 4k! Met dit tempo moet dat in 2021 al lukken.

Hoi Jasper, gefeliciteerd met 4.000e spot, en wat voor eentje. Mooi verhaal bij deze spot. Je bent inderdaad op dit moment als een wilde aan het spotten, wat veel, en kwalitatief ook heel goed. Ga zo door, ik kijk er naar uit om samen weer een keertje te spotten op de Königallee, of ergens anders.
