@Horse-Power it definitely got me pumped up for the rest of the day lol. I have since heard that this is owned and driven by a woman who did the wrap herself. I actually saw a second Lotus about an hour later, a black Evora GT, but I wasn't able to catch it. I never see Lotuses except for when I see 2-4 on the same weekend.

I’m not sure) in Asheville over the years, maybe because their fun to drive on the parkway(which is where I saw two of them)

@Mountainspotter growing up in the Raleigh area I saw a decent number of Elises there when they first came out. There was a Lotus dealership in Durham and a second one in Winston-Salem. Unfortunately when the Durham store closed I believe in 09, they started becoming much less frequent sightings. The Winston-Salem store is still technically open but has a very bad reputation among NC Lotus owners. Greenville SC also had a Lotus dealership until a couple years ago but it closed as well. However, Charlotte recently got a Lotus dealership so I'm hoping that at some point they will become more common here than they currently are.

@NCspotter Wow that’s a lot of interesting history about some dealerships in NC! I had been to the spot in Greenville a bunch of times, it’s a shame it’s gone because the employees there were super friendly. They had a lot of sick stuff to, at one point there was a Right-Hand drive Lotus Elite there, which is one of two in the U.S. That’s awesome that Charlotte got a new Lotus dealer though, what dealership is it? Hope you see some more Elises and other models around!

@Mountainspotter the Lotus dealership shares a building with the Lamborghini dealer on Independence Blvd. Also the McLaren dealership is now also Koenigsegg of Charlotte, and Rimac of Charlotte. I have heard rumors that adding Bugatti is a possibility as well.

@Ncspotter ah right, I remember seeing that Lamborghini of Charlotte started to sell lotuses. Wow McLaren of Charlotte starting to sell Koenigseggs and Bugattis is awesome. I saw the Regera they had, last July, but unfortunately it was under a cover. I also recently saw their Chiron Sport, and I have seen a Veyron there in the past.
