Hooooly cr*p!! That's one truly epic spot mate! Never thought one of these would be spotted on road! Must be great to be in Geneva now - 2 hours ago I was 100% sure that the One:1 would be SOTD - now there's gonna be fierce competition in the evening. Even a Pagani would have 0% chance besides these 2 cars. Man, you are lucky as hell! :)

JACK888 Turin Spotter, it comes from Equatorial Guinea,did some research and by the initials on the front bonnet (tNO) i guess it is owned by the president of the country - Teodoro Nguema Obiang .
And one quote from Wikipedia confirming this could be true -- "Forbes magazine has said that Obiang, with a net worth of US$600 million, is one of the world's wealthiest heads of state."
I guess there are HUGE differences from president to president in this world.

What license plate is this? Thought GE stands for Georgia (Country, not the state in the U.S.), however it does not make any sense that the vehicle would be registered there.

Insane spot! I didn't know that this Veneno is owned by president of Equatorial Guinea. This guy has quite a taste in cars, considering that he also ownes a Koenigsegg One:1 and he owned a collection of cars seized once by French police (Veyron, MC12, Enzo and so on).
Unfortunately, this shows the unfair distribution of capital in the present times. He must have a lot of money to afford such luxurious cars, and people from Equatorial Guinea stugle to make a living. If he ued some of his wealth to help his homespeople, the world would be a better place.
Sick spot!!! You got my vote for world's spot of August. Even with these rims still looks far better than the "King" Huayra...
