There is a unique story behind this special spot. The case of stealing this Aventador was loud, late summer 2018. It was stolen from Cannes and being transported east, while polish carspotters observed it and took pictures in Warsaw. The police took a quick action and captured the stolen Lambo. For me it's a very personal story: First day I was taking pictures of this Ave in Cannes (last pic, combo with SV Roadster), next day I was taking pictures of the same one in Juan-les-Pins (most of the pictures in this spot) and ~3 days later I was taking pictures of it in Warsaw, 500-600 meters from my own house! (all the pics with a trailer are from Warsaw). So while I was flying back from my holidays, this Lambo was at the same moment doing the same way, but on the land! :D

This trailer from the pictures is a police one. I took the pictures after they captured the car. Thieves had been using a closed trailer.
But still it's strange: at the Hilton hotel in Warsaw, when some spotters came to the thieves (they didn't know they where thieves) and asked if they can take pictures and record a video, the trailer man allowed them. Maybe he wasn't informed he was transporting a stolen car. If he didn't allow, probably they would finish the transport successfully xD

This car is so exclusive, not only is it an Aventador, it is a limited aventador which are only a coupe of in the world. Why would you ever transport it on an open trailer?
Apart from that, awesome spot and incredible story behind it!

Well I am not going to cry for those rich Arabs that show their money to tourists that have no money in Côte d'Azur. They can't show off in their own country because nobody would even look at their car over there. An Aventador is like owning a Toyota Corolla in their country. So it I guess it is tempting to just take the car as all they do is expose the cars on the streets in Cannes.

Still an amazing story. Almost forgot about it already. It was such a big deal back then.
Incredible to spot it both in Cannes and Warsaw days later.
