Thanks everyone. This isn't in Vigo, this is in Matosinhos (Portugal), really don't know why it has been reported to Vigo. You can even see the publicity on the roundabout to Matosinhos festivities.

BasCat, fue spot del dia en Portugal y por algun motivo desconocido alguien lo cambió de Matosinhos (P) a Vigo (E). De modo que ha mantenido el spot del dia y al ser una hora menos en Portugal, es más reciente que el español. Cuando lo corrijan y lo vuelvan a poner como Matosinhos, se solucionará ;)

Became SVDD in Portugal, someone changed it from Matosinhos (P) to Vigo (E). Because of the time shift, Portugal is -1, the vote now appears on the "SVDD" voting in Spain (incorrectly), and everything will be normal as soon as it's corrected.
