Kero is right - Kero a raison.
Although it's quite a good conversion, there are noticeable differences:
1) The complete rear-part is Modena, not "CS"
-> the CS' exhaust pipes are positioned slightly lower
-> the CS' "plate space" is designed differently
-> the CS' spoiler is higher
over the rear-end is wider
the Modena here seems to be missing the CS' diffusor, too.
2) it doesn't have Ceramic brakes
