Awesome Dutch car, only 14 models of the Bilster-berg-edition have been produced celebrating a good 2014 for the Donkervoort brand. 2014 was a great year for Donkervoort. At the start of the year the last of 6 premium GTO's were delivered to costumers, they expanded to a location in Germany and the D8 GTO was even listed in the forza motorsport series for the xbox one! In my opinion its awesome that a small dutch brand ends up being featured in one of the biggest race games out there! Thanks to the unique location of the new location in Germany Donkervoort did extensive testing on the Bilster Berg circuit. This resulted in the D8 GTO setting the lap record for street legal cars! Back to the bilsterberg edition: The car lost 10KG, a new shock absorber was designed especially for the Bilsterberg edition and a new roll cage was constructed. Overall i think its an awesome car and us dutch people can be proud to have Donkervoort as a dutch brand.
