4takt heeft gelijk, de auto kan zo van iemand zijn die in hengelo of omstreken woont. als hij/zij een huis in monaco heeft en zich daar gevestigd heeft voor min. 6 mnd kun je in een auto rijden op zo'n kenteken
Zou kunnen idd maar deze wagen moet toch ooit uit monaco hierheen zijn gekomen. Hij komt dus wel helemaal uit monaco

hoeft niet want monaco kenteken kun je vast ook wel hier gelijk krijgen bij de dealer hadden wij met onze vw pheaton ook die is in nederland gekocht maar duits kenteken er op
