To be honest: I don't think that these shots are great :) At that time I had a Canon 450D, and it wasn't a good camera. And on top of everything: at that time I haven't use the white balance settings. That's why these pics are yellow. So I'm not satisfied with it.

I never tried some night shots, so I really can't say anything about it, but I quite like the pictures! For example the first shot: It's sharp, it has a nice image-structure and I really like the red light ray in the back! And the yellow in the pictures give the pics a warm atmosphere!

Okay, but this yellow light is not the same as it was in real. You can see all my noghtshots here: http://indafoto.hu/mufracsek/page/1?text=este
As you can see, the newer pics are not as yellowish as the old ones. That's because of the white balance settings. And because of the Nikon D90 :) This camera is much better than the Canon 450D was.

Yes, you're right, the newer ones are even better ;)
I know many people who are very satisfied with the Nikon-SLRs :)
